Calling oneself multi-disciplinary or multifaceted might be the most overated LinkedInny thing a creative could ever do, but I’m going to go ahead and do it anyways because that’s what I am—my portfolio speaks for it.
Writing, video editing, illustrations... They’re all just different creative outputs and formats. I really just love creating and making whatever it is, inspired by all things culture.

On the rooftop of the Godown Arts Centre, at Kuala Lumpur Art Book Fair.

I like mixing up gorpcore fashion with prepcore, rolling my eyes back when I dig into tasty fusion cuisines and archiving my bites, licking scoops of weird ice-cream flavours (ilu fluffy torpedo), bopping to music from 90s R&B to japanese city pop to nintendo lo-fi to bbgal realness, getting lower back pain from gaming too much etc.

Intern me on my first-ever on-ground activation project, with the Leo Burnett team.

I’ve been in the advertising industry for a while, freelancing for 5 years, hopping from one big agency to the next, just meeting new people, seeing how things work, working on many different accounts. Until I finally found my place at Media.Monks. 3 years went by... and then some.
I took an entire year off just to delve into my passions, which involve sensory work and flavour. That’s how I ended up brewing coffee at Kurasu, and I’ve been pulling shots and serving v60 pour over coffee for more than a year.

Now I’m just wondering where my next step lands me.
